Entry Fee $55 - By March 1 / $60.00 after March 1

Your Entry Fee includes:

• Technical T-Shirt (Until April 16)
• Hand-made clay medallion

• Post Race refreshments

All runners receive a FREE t-shirt until April 16th


Step 2: Raise your Pledges!

To receive great prizes! Prizes will be given for the following amount of pledges in advance:

$100 - $199- receive a St. John Fanny Pack First Aid Kit
$200 - $249- receive a St. John Vehicle First Aid Kit
$250 - $299- receive a St. John Sport First Aid Kit
$300 + - receive a St. John Sport First Aid Kit and a Fanny Pack

Step 3: Runner's Kit

Pick up your Race Kit at either:

a) Saturday, April 28th at St. John House 9 am to 2 pm 250 Gage Ave, Kitchener (Note: Timing Chips will NOT be available on this day)
b). Sunday, April 29th at Bechtel Park 6:30 am to 7:30 am
